June 21 is celebrated as international yoga day and it is celebrated every year to raise awareness of the benefits of yoga all across the globe. Yuvaap is celebrating 21st June 2022 with our live yoga events. Yuvaap is hosting two live yoga sessions from 11:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M and from 5:00 to 6:00 P.M so take this opportunity to take a step forth in your journey of health and wellness. Here you will get an opportunity to learn yoga with our mentor Sir Vijay Kumar Panday. Under his expertise, you will be able to understand all the nuances of yoga and its health benefits.
