Aditi Shrivastava is a senior teacher of Transcendental Meditation (www.indiatm.org) with around 13 years of experience teaching Transcendental Meditation courses at various centers, educational institutions, and corporate enterprises including Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, World Health Organization (WHO), Siemens. She also holds a master’s degree in computer applications. She did her Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course in the United States. Aditi is part of the global Maharishi organization and teaching with the Spiritual Regeneration Movement Foundation of India, set up by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi over 60 years back. Aditi has been practicing meditation herself for the last 30 years and is a follower of the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ji. She has also contributed to the Speaking Tree column of the Times of India, worked on books related to meditation, and spoken at many conferences. She is currently leading the team of Meditation teachers and managing the activities involved therein. She is the academic advisor to the School of Science of Consciousness at the Maharishi University of Information Technology.
