Ingredients 

  • Spinach – 2 cups (boiled)
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 medium (sliced)
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon 
  • Tomato – 1 medium
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 1 teaspoon 
  • Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon 
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon 
  • Potatoes – 2 cups (chopped)

Instructions 

To make Spinach and Potato Veggies, we will require a few steps and minimal ingredients, a little time also. Below are the instructions you need to follow. 

  1. Wash the potatoes and spinach thoroughly 
  2. Boil the Spinach in water 
  3. Blend spinach for 2 minutes and make a puree 
  4. Keep the spinach puree aside 
  5. Now we will prepare potatoes 
  6. Roast the potatoes in coconut oil along with cumin, red chili and salt 
  7. Keep the potatoes aside 
  8. Now heat a pan 
  9. Add cumin seeds to it 
  10. Once the seeds splutter, add onions 
  11. You can add a little water if needed 
  12. Now make some tomato paste in a blender 
  13. Don’t forget to add ginger and garlic to the tomato paste 
  14. Add the paste to the onions 
  15. Now add some red chili and coriander powder 
  16. Mix all the ingredients well 
  17. Add the spinach puree and close with the lid 
  18. Cook it for a …….. minutes 
  19. Now add the roasted potatoes 
  20. Mix all the ingredients and close the lid 
  21. Switch off the flame after 2-3 minutes 
  22. Your veggie is ready 
  23. Serve and savor
