We are here with a solution to fulfill your protein requirement. Quinoa is a complete protein i.e. it has all the essential amino acids so what could be better than making some smoothie out of it? So without wasting any time, let’s make this amazing smoothie. 

Ingredients 

  • Quinoa – 1 cup (soaked overnight) 
  • Dates – 4 
  • Figs – 2 
  • Golden raisins – 1 tablespoon 
  • Black Raisins – 1 tablespoon 

(Soak all the dry fruits overnight and include the water used to soak them as well)

Prep Time- 8-10 minutes 

Instructions 

The best thing about preparing a smoothie is, it is super easy and is just a switch away. Let’s learn the step-by-step method of making a smoothie.

  1. Get a blender 
  2. It is a prerequisite to soak all the dry fruits used in the smoothie 
  3. The quinoa should also be soaked before using 
  4. Now put all the ingredients in the blender 
  5. You must include the water in which the dry fruits were soaked 
  6. We are using dates and raisins so, there is no need to add extra sugar 
  7. You will need to blitz the ingredients in the blender for a little longer than usual to break it all down and make the smoothie. 
  8. Just a few minutes and your smoothie is ready to serve.
  9. You can pour it into your favorite jar and enjoy!
