Purple cabbage

Purple cabbage is an amazing source of fibre and vitamins like A, C, K and B6 and helps in maintaining and building healthy bones. It provides a high concentration of health-promoting antioxidants and is a versatile meal that may be beneficial in fighting inflammation and reducing discomfort, pain, swelling, and other symptoms associated with it. It also contains anthocyanins, that may reduce heart disease risk.

Potatoes are filled with vitamins and minerals. The nutrients found in potatoes have been linked to various impressive health benefits, including improving blood sugar control, reducing heart disease risk, improving immunity, and enhancing digestion. And due to their natural gluten-free nature, potatoes are a great choice for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

Curry leaves

The intake of curry leaves can boost the body’s antioxidant defences, thereby reducing cancer cells, improving heart health, and preventing neurological disorders. It may protect our body from oxidative stress and helps in scavenging free radicals. Food with curry leaves adds both flavour and health benefits to a wide variety of recipes.
