Mango is not just a fruit but an emotion, it is synonymous with summer vacations for most of us and today our recipe is very closely related to the mango mania we all love to suffer from. So, before you start drooling over mangoes, we better start our recipe for today. 

Ingredients 

  • Mangoes – 1 cup (peeled and chopped)
  • Coconut milk – 1 large glass
  • Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon (soaked overnight)
  • Rose petals –  ¼  cup (dried) 

Prep Time – 10-20 Minutes 

Yes! This is all you require for this amazing mango dream to turn into reality. 

Instructions 

To make a mushy Mango shake you don’t have to read culinary science, it is all about a few steps and your favorite drink will be in your favorite glass. So here we go 

  1. Wash the mangoes well or soak them in water for a while to get rid of anti-nutrients 
  2. Now peel and chop them 
  3. Take a blending jar 
  4. Add chopped mangoes to it 
  5. Now add coconut milk and chia seeds to increase the nutritional value 
  6. You can add some rose petals for flavor 
  7. Blend well until the ingredients become uniform in consistency 
  8. Pour down the ambrosia in your glasses 
  9. Enjoy a healthy and nutritious milkshake.
