You might have been fascinated by Khaleesi and her dragons, but we know something else that can fascinate you even more, well here we are, talking about a yummy and nutritious juice made out of dragon fruit.
Juices are the best when it comes to hydration and refreshment, and especially when you are on a diet, juices can become your holy grail! So now is the time to become a dragon slayer and let’s slash the dragon fruit to let the nectar ooze out of it.


  • Dragon fruit – ½ (chopped)
  • Parsley – ½ cup ( in pieces) 
  • Flax seeds powder – 2 tablespoons  
  • Jaggery powder – 1 tablespoons 
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoons 
  • Water – ½ cup 

Prep time – 10 minutes 

Serves – 1 Glass 


To make the juice you just need to follow a very simple procedure. The steps are mentioned below. 

  1. Take a blending jar 
  2. Add chopped dragon fruit, parsley, flax seeds powder, jaggery powder and lemon juice. 
  3. Now add one cup water or more as per the consistency you like 
  4. Now grind well until smooth 
  5. Your Dragon Fruit smoothie is ready to savour.

  • Parsley – Parsley is rich in vitamin A,K and C. It is considered  a powerful natural diuretic and it also can help  in reducing bloating and blood pressure. Parsley is loaded with vitamin K, which is good for bone health. The vitamin supports bone growth and bone mineral density. It can also help with diabetes.
