Eating is a necessity but eating healthy is an art and today we have decided to call ourselves artists, as the dish we are going to discuss is a powerhouse of nutrition. 

Today we are going to prepare Celery and White Pumpkin Juice. The best thing about juices is, they are super easy to prepare, take no time and give you tons of benefits in just one glass. If you are a Harry Potter fan then pumpkin juice might be giving you some wizard vibes as this drink was quite popular among Hogwarts students. Even if you are not a potterhead, this drink will still be magical for you in many ways, taste being one of them.

So, should we get straight to our potion classes/ kitchen and start preparing this magical drink? 

 Ingredients 

  • White pumpkin – 2 cups (chopped, unpeeled) 
  • Celery –  6-7 stems and leaves 
  • Spirulina powder – ½ teaspoon 
  • Water – ½  cup

Prep time- 8-10 minutes 

Instructions 

Don’t worry, you don’t actually have to perform any magic for preparing this juice, you just need your grinder by your side and the work will be done. 

  1. First get a white pumpkin and chop it down without peeling.
  2. Now take a blender 
  3. Add chopped pumpkin and celery stems to it 
  4. You can add some spirulina powder to increase its nutrients efficiency 
  5. Add water as per the consistency you desire 
  6. Now blend in all the ingredients 
  7. Your juice is ready to serve
